checkdmarc ("the Service") is operated by an independent sole operator based in Türkiye.
The Service is reached at checkdmarc.net and contact is
support@checkdmarc.net.
Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc., acting as Merchant of Record. Polar is the seller for the purposes of your purchase, handles billing and tax, and issues your invoice. Polar's own terms apply to the payment transaction.
The Service receives DMARC aggregate reports sent to an address we allocate to you, parses them, and emails you a periodic summary. Report delivery is controlled by third parties (the mailbox providers that generate them); we can only summarise what we receive.
The Service is operated by one person and comes with no uptime guarantee and no SLA. It is read-only in nature: if it stops working, your summaries are delayed. It does not sit in the delivery path of your mail, so an outage here cannot cause your mail to be lost or rejected.
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal Polar provides. Access to paid features ends when the current billing period ends. We may suspend an account that abuses the Service, attempts to receive reports for domains it does not control, or attempts to disrupt the Service for others.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business or reputation arising from mail that was not delivered.
We may change these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, where the operator is based. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country of residence.
